A limited budget, fixed ideas, confused minds and a lack of clear direction were what we received as the initial brief. We scheduled a direct collaborative consultation to clarify their goals, constructively frame their thought processes, and then guided them with an inspiration board, clearly defining the project scope and timeline in an updated, written agreement before starting any design work. This provided more clarity as the client started initiating dialogue independently to get us answers. Once everything was documented, we continued reviewing with them to add, alter, or rethink their ideas, as the execution phase began. The result was satisfying for us, and the client was on board regarding their understanding of the process used to create what they wanted.
