Ten thousand square feet, housing multiple briefs under one space. Detailing the space: the dynamics for a commercial space are very different. We served as the design, PMC, and procurement team for the project, which required international travel. The exposure was significant and gave us insight into how well we performed in our crafts in India. After the furniture arrived, we set up the office in eighteen months, utilizing in-house staff and a few vendors. A mean task where everyone was "me first" and we handled handover with precision.
