The duplex apartment opposite a busy school was the site. We worked with technical teams to ensure zero sound travel and complete privacy. A terrace garden was also part of the project. To facilitate serving food from the lower floor to the formal dining area above, we incorporated a dumbwaiter to cater to both the dining area and the terrace garden. The client's brief was straightforward, granting us a free hand to decide on all design elements after our presentation. Each area and its specific use were clearly defined. The double-height family lounge became the heart of the project, from which we developed a contemporary, youthful home. Our goal was to ensure every room reflected the unique character and personality of its occupant. The client's testimonial says it all.
